In recognition of this partnership, Negros Electric and Power Corporation has honored Palawan Pawnshop with a certificate as their Third-Party Collecting Agent. This accolade highlights their joint commitment to delivering convenient and efficient bill payment services that cater to diverse consumer needs.
The certificate presentation ceremony, held at the Park Inn Hotel by Radisson in Bacolod City, was attended by key executives including President and CEO Roel Z. Castro, COO Engr. Bailey Del Castillo, CFO Claudine Panes, and AVP Maricel Pe, underscoring the collaboration's importance in enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction. This event was part of Negros Power's "KOLEK Partnership Day" on July 17, 2024, highlighting their successful partnership with Palawan Pawnshop and their dedication to innovating electricity bill payment services.
