Palawan Pawnshop Supports “Adopt A Ward Project” of Ospital ng Palawan
On February 14,Valentine’s Day, Palawan Pawnshop- Palawan Express Pera Padala inaugurated the sponsoredhospital ward equipped with beds, side tables, cabinets, chairs, trashcans anda comfort room in support of the “Adopt a Ward Project” of Ospital ng Palawan.
President andCEO Bobby L. Castro, Executive Vice President Angelita M. Castro and EVP andChief Operating Officer Karlo M. Castro led the officers of the company in theMOA signing and unveiling of the Marker program. Present on behalf of the wholeOspital ng Palawan management are Medical Center Chief Melecio N. Dy,Supervising Administrative Officer Gloria M. Bayaban, OIC-Chief of MedicalProfessional Staff Audie Czar B. Cipriano, Chief Nurse Ma. Teresa Silva andAccountant Phoebe Zayda E. Abrina.
The Geriatric Ward, room specifically designated for elderly patients, will benefit indigent Palaweños. This is the second medical-related project of PPS-PEPP after the donation of a 500KVA genset to Red Cross- Palawan Chapter, last year.
