WHO IS QUALIFIED TO JOIN?
All beneficiaries (or receivers) of China Bank international remittance transactions in the Philippines who claimed at any participating Palawan Express Pera Padala location during the promo period. Employees of PPS-PEPP and their relatives up to the second degree are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO JOIN?
All customers will receive an e-raffle entry for each China Bank international remittance claim made at any Palawan branches or outlets nationwide.
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES: January 15, 2025, 11:59 PM
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS:
Winners will be drawn electronically at the Palawan Pawnshop Head Office Building, 170 Rizal Avenue, Brgy. Masikap, Puerto Princesa City, on January 29, 2025. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the raffle draw.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:
Promo winners will be announced on the official social media pages of Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala on January 30, 2025. A Palawan Pawnshop officer will also contact the winners via text, call, or mail.
MECHANICS:
- For every China Bank International Remittance claim, a customer will get 1 e-raffle entry.
- SMS notification will be sent to all qualified participants of the promo.
- In case a name is drawn more than once, the winner will get the prize of a higher value.
PRIZES:
All cash prizes will be sent to the winners' verified PalawanPay accounts. 'Verified' means that the account has been upgraded from a basic level.
Winners of the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G can claim their prize at any Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala branch near them. They must present a copy of the registered mail notification and a valid ID. A Palawan Pawnshop area officer will also contact the winners by phone or text to confirm the date and time for claiming the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable. The 20% tax on the prize will be shouldered by Palawan Express Pera Padala. Sending of prizes will be made once the data of all the winners are checked and verified.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Redemption must occur within 60 days of receiving the notification. Prizes that are not claimed within this period will be forfeited with approval of DTI.
- In case of a valid situation that prevents the winners of the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G from claiming their prize, an authorized representative may claim it on their behalf. The representative must present the winner’s ID, a signed authorization letter, and their own valid ID.
Data Collection:
Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala remittance system will be used to collect the entries.
Promo Announcement:
Announcements and collaterals with important promo details will be posted on Palawan Express Pera Padala's social media pages, official website, and at all participating locations.
